Portrait of Europe 2022–2025

The project presents a portrait of Europe by bringing together works by painters from across all European countries. This portrait, which is inevitably subjective, will consist of around thirty works. Each work represents the artist’s perspective on Europe, as they conceive, see, feel, imagine and dream about it.
The participating artists are graduates of art schools, and each represents a different country. The project is organised not by a public institution or a gallery, but by an endowment fund created by artists.
The works are paintings on canvas, created especially for the occasion and purchased by Eur’Art. The collection will be exhibited in various venues and, where possible, in every country.

2022 – Project launch

2023 – Exhibition of the first five paintings in Strasbourg
